Warranty Information

Used Items:

Store owned used inventory is sold with a full ninety-day warranty.  Consigned inventory is sold with a thirty-day warranty.  Unless otherwise noted, vintage collector's items are sold as-is.

All used equipment is fully checked and/or serviced before being offered for sale.  All major camera functions are checked by machine for accuracy and consistency.  Light meters and shutter speeds are guaranteed accurate to original manufacturers specifications.  We warrant that unless described otherwise, lenses are clean and clear, apertures run smoothly, and focus is sharp.

New Items:

All new products are warranted for one year from date of purchase.

Shipping Policy & Procedures

Used Items:

We ship to customers worldwide. Most items are shipped by CANADA POST AIRMAIL. We find this is the most cost-effective, safe, secure option for our customers. If you prefer that we use a different shipping method, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you. All items are VERY carefully packaged before shipment to ensure safe arrival.  Most items shipped within North America average about $10-$15.  

New Items:

All shipments within Canada are sent via Canada Post Expedited service unless requested otherwise. Average shipping time takes approximately 2 to 5 days within Canada depending on the destination. The shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the product.

Returns/Exchanges

Used and New Items:

All items are sold with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  We have confidence in what we sell.  If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of any item we've sold, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for an exchange or refund. Items returned within 2 days of receipt or purchase will be accepted for a full refund. Items returned within 3-7 days will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

Taxes

Used and New Items:

• International Orders are not subject to sales tax.

• Orders shipped within Canada but outside of BC are subject to the 6% GST (Goods and Services Tax). 

• Orders shipped within BC are subject to 6% GST and 7% PST (Provincial Sales Tax) (13% total)

PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE
Choose the product and then click the "Add to Basket" button located next to the picture. You will then arrive at the shopping basket page where you can review your purchase and subtotal. Click "Keep Shopping" to return to the catalogue. Click "Proceed to Checkout" to fill out the quick order form and submit your order. Click "Cancel" to empty your shopping basket and cancel your order.

This website is hosted on a server at Islandnet, which uses 128 bit "super certificates" to give you the maximum level of security as demanded by most banks these days. These security certificates work with newer browsers that support 128 bits, as well as older browsers that can only support 40 or 56 bit encryption.

All amounts are shown in Canadian dollars. We accept International Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. In store we also accept debit and cash.  Trades are also always considered!
