We believe that Camera Traders is one of the best places around to buy used camera equipment. We try to buy the most interesting equipment available, test it thoroughly, and sell it with professional care and advice.

We stand behind the items we sell with a 90 day warranty (30 days on consigned items), and we have for years offered a 7-day return period on all warrantied items. Choosing the right camera equipment can be complicated, and we do all we can to ensure that your choice works for you.

Our 7-day return policy is intended to account for the occasional situation when the equipment you buy doesn't suit your needs, and we feel that it's important to have a policy in place to ensure that you're not stuck with equipment that you can't use.

Items returned within 2 days will be accepted for a full refund. Items returned within 3-7 days will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased. Taxes and shipping fees, if any, are nonrefundable.

We encourage you to try out items in-store and ask as many questions as you'd like to ensure that the equipment you buy is right for you. We have experience with a wide variety of gear, and we won't push merchandise that we feel is inappropriate for your uses. We can also hold an item in-store for up to seven days, free of charge, if you need some time to consider your options.
