SHIPPING BY MAIL

UPDATE NOV 26 2024: Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are shipping domestic packages via UPS when possible. You can check out normally and we'll make the substitution automatically.

US, International, and remote shipments may be delayed.

We can ship equipment anywhere Canada Post will deliver. It is the mail, so you probably already know how this works, but when your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking notification and eventually a postal worker will bring your order to your door. We ship only by fully trackable methods- no exceptions. If Canada Post can't provide a tracked rate to your address, you'll see a message at checkout that there are no delivery options available. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we're unable to bypass these restrictions- they're Canada Post policies, not ours.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can pick up your order for free during our business hours. Place your order and we'll send you a notification email when your order is ready to pick up. Then, you pick it up. And that's that.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order an item from you and pick it up from the shop when I'm in town- or have someone pick it up for me?

You sure can. We can hold items for up to 30 days, and in-store pickup is free. Just select "Pick It Up" when you're checking out.

I only want to order a small part, can you send it to me without tracking?

No- we only ship by tracked methods.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes- we don't build shipping margins into our prices. You always pay our lowest price for equipment, and only pay for actual shipping costs.

Your checkout page says that no shipping options are available to my country. What's going on?

We ship only by fully trackable Canada Post services. If these services are not available to your country, we will not be able to ship to you.

How does the warranty work?

All our same warranties apply to items ordered by mail. Once you receive your item, you have two days to return it for any reason. If you decide to keep your item, our 90 day warranty applies from the time of receipt; if you decide to send it back, just let us know and forward us the tracking number for your return within two days of receipt.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes.
